MAIN MISSIONS

SCOPING CUSTOMER NEEDS AND SOLUTION DESIGN

  1. Examining the customer context beforehand (processes, organisation, human context, etc.) to understand the general requirements and define the functional perimeters
  2. By means of business workshops in particular, collecting the customer’s needs and analysing them so as to identify discrepancies with the standard product and define a solution that meets the specific need expressed
  3. Advising customers and assisting them with their decision-making in order to maintain functional coherence
  4. Writing up general functional analyses
  5. Explaining customer requirements to the production team responsible for converting the functional specifications, thereby contributing to the drafting of detailed functional specifications.

 

PREPARING FOR PRODUCTION

  1. Formalising scenarios and test sets to check compliance of developments against detailed specifications and detecting any anomalies
  2. Performing in-house tests before delivery and ensuring that bugs are fixed
  3. Training and assisting customers in the configuration phase
  4. Providing methodological advice when preparing to start up

 

ASSISTANCE WITH DEPLOYMENT & CUSTOMER MONITORING

  1. Assisting customers during acceptance and trial switchover
  2. Leading training sessions with users (organising sessions, media)
  3. Taking part in the startup of the solution and assisting customers during production deployment
  4. Carrying out functional audits
  5. Advising customers and proposing solutions to any issues encountered

 

CAPITALISATION

  1. Contributing to capitalisation work and the development of offers
  2. Seniority in the job more over implies maturity in competences like: business acumen, directing others, conflict management, interpersonal savvy
