Logistics management in warehouses, stores and factories
In its Magic Quadrant, focused on European WMS vendors, Gartner highlights Hardis Group’s strategy of providing a software suite that can optimize complex logistics processes both in warehouses, with Reflex WMS, and in retail outlets (managing omni-channel services, including Click and Collect, Drive and Collect, and Ship from Store) and factories (optimizing production sites’ logistics flows), with its two other software packages, Reflex In-Store Logistics and Reflex WMS for Factory. Gartner refers to the French software vendor’s latest major announcements, including human resources management, real-time scheduling of order flows, graphic visualization of logistics sites, as well as mechanization and automation management. The firm also notes that Hardis Group has particular expertise in the field of cloud computing (private and public), with an entity that provides hosting and management of its SaaS software. “30% of our clients have entrusted us with hosting and managing their application,” explains Cécile Arnaud, Head of International Development for Reflex.
A flexible WMS, international coverage
Gartner also emphasizes that Hardis Group’s warehouse management software is able to respond to the challenges of many sectors (21 in total), from medium-sized logistics sites to those handling millions of references. “Logistics providers, fast-moving consumer goods, food and manufacturing account for more than 70% of our existing base,” says Cécile Arnaud.
The research and advisory firm notes that a total of 450 employees work on the development, sales roll-out, maintenance and cloud hosting of its applications, including its WMS. The group also boasts a network of partners for implementation and support in Europe, North Africa and the United States. The research also mentions the recent announcement of Hardis Group’s partnership with ITOrizon, a major supply-chain consulting firm and logistics application integrator in the United States.
