Grenoble, Warsaw, January 26, 2023 – Hardis Group, a consulting and IT services company, Salesforce integrator, and independent logistics software vendor, reports on its operations in Poland and announces its plans and ambitions for 2023. Since its creation in 2021, Hardis Group Polska has experienced strong growth, with 2022 revenue coming in 22% above the target set at the start of the year. The company plans to carry this momentum through 2023.
“We’re reaping the benefits of the buoyant Polish market, which enjoys a strategically important location in Europe,” said Yvan Coutaz, Managing Director of Hardis Group. “This is one of the reasons why we decided to expand our footprint in Salesforce integration—another Hardis Group business line—with the acquisition of Cloudity. We plan to develop commercial synergies between Hardis Group Polska and Cloudity as we look to step up our growth in Poland.”
Reflex WMS warehouse management software implementations
Since 2021, Hardis Group Polska has assisted logistics provider FM Logistic in deploying Reflex WMS for 12 operations across seven sites in Poland and the Czech Republic. The firm has also provided support for full-scale implementations of its warehouse management system, to companies such as Raja Group (BtoB distributor of packaging, supplies, and equipment), in Poland and elsewhere in Europe. In addition, it has signed a new contract with Polish logistics provider LCL Logistics.
Doubling the workforce and opening a new IT development center
To support its strong growth, Hardis Group Polska plans to double the size of its workforce in 2023. This will include hiring logistics consultants and project managers to bolster its existing “build” teams, and recruiting developers for a new IT development center, which will handle customizations for the Reflex software suite requested by some Hardis Group clients and partners. The company will put in place a long-term training and support program to help build the skills of its future recruits.
“Poland has a reputation for its outstanding computing schools, where every student has a perfect command of English—an essential requirement for working with our clients across multiple countries,” said Eric Deroide, Operations Director, Hardis Group Polska.
