Utrecht, Grenoble, July 06, 2021 – Hardis Group, a consulting firm, digital services company and independent software vendor, has appointed Robert Grasmeyer as Operations Director, Hardis Group Benelux. In his new role, Robert will oversee the service teams tasked with implementing the Reflex logistics management software suite and ensuring commitments made to customers are fulfilled. He will work closely with Ronald Schepers, the subsidiary’s Sales Director, who is responsible for designing a Benelux-specific Reflex sales and marketing strategy (including segmentation, go-to-market, and pricing), and for developing and implementing the associated plans. Together, they are aiming to double business volumes in the next three years at Hardis Group Benelux, which employs a team of 21 people and achieved revenue of €3 million in 2020, an increase of 57%.
As Operations Director, Robert is responsible for equipping the subsidiary with the right human, organizational, technical, and material resources to support its growth. In a fast-paced and highly globalized market, he ensures successful project implementation in line with customer commitments and service standards.
Working alongside Ronald Schepers, who was appointed as Reflex Sales Director for the Benelux region in April 2021, Robert’s duties including growing sales of the Reflex logistics execution software suite (for warehouses, factories, and stores), with a particular focus on the following sectors and industries: logistics services, e-commerce and retail, fast-moving consumer goods, manufacturing, and pharmaceuticals.

About Robert Grasmeyer
Robert Grasmeyer, 49, has 20 years’ experience in IT and digital transformation, specializing in logistics. Over the course of his career, he has built and managed international teams and led numerous deployment projects for ERP, WMS, and other software systems. His previous roles include spells as a program director at Unisys, Dutch Railways, Capgemini, and Getronics PinkRoccade. In 2019, he was appointed to manage Infor’s entire customer project portfolio (spanning WMS, SCM and ERP applications) in the UK, Ireland, and Benelux.
About Ronald Schepers
Ronald Schepers, 57, has spent almost his entire career in the logistics and distribution industry. He began as a logistics manager, working for companies such as Saint-Gobain, Tandon Computers, and Marc Global. He subsequently worked for independent software vendors in the supply chain sector, first as sales director for SSA Global (Infor), and later for Consafe Logistics and a-SIS (Savoye). He spent the last four years leading business development for the Reflex logistics execution software suite in Benelux at Logaps, a supply chain optimization consultancy he founded in 2017.
