Viseo and Reflex team up to accelerate the global deployment of supply chain applications

Hardis Group has partnered with Viseo, a global digital transformation consulting firm, to help companies deploy and scale their supply chain applications worldwide.

Grenoble, Boulogne-Billancourt, November 20, 2024 – Reflex, a Hardis Group business unit and a leading provider of supply chain software, and Viseo, an IT consulting and services company operating in over 20 countries, announce that they have entered into a new partnership. As part of the tie-up, Viseo will become an integrator of the Reflex software suite, including the Reflex WMS warehouse management system, which celebrates its 30th anniversary this year. The partnership is part of Hardis Group’s drive to build a network of integrators capable not only of advising customers, but also of configuring and deploying its WMS on a global scale.

Viseo, an IT consulting and services firm founded in 1999, employs 3,000 people worldwide and offers a comprehensive approach to digital transformation. Among its French customers are several companies with a global footprint, including a number of leading names in the retail and luxury goods sectors.

Under this new partnership with Reflex, Viseo will be in a position to expand its service offering—which previously focused on planning systems—to include supply chain applications. The firm has already put together a dedicated team to provide consulting, integration, and support services around Reflex WMS, a warehouse management system that is already widely adopted on the French market and is experiencing strong international growth.

For Hardis Group, the partnership is the latest development in a decade-long strategy to grow its network of integrators capable of helping companies across the globe configure, deploy, and upgrade its WMS—now available in 17 languages—while also ensuring first-level support.

Both companies share the goal of growing their operations outside France, including by ramping up their ability to support customers worldwide with their logistics execution needs.

“Our partnership with Viseo marks a new chapter in our drive to offer customers an application that boosts the performance of their global supply chains, including through shared service centers in Asia and North Africa,” said Nicolas Odet, President of Hardis Group. “Our common goal is to grow our respective businesses outside France, and in particular in North America.”

“This partnership fully aligns with our ambition to help our customers address strategic, global supply-chain challenges,” said Eric Perrier, founder and Chief Executive Officer of Viseo. “By pooling our expertise with Reflex, we’re bolstering our capacity to deliver innovative solutions that cater to individual market needs. Together, we’ll accelerate our international growth while providing targeted support to our customers, who face complex business challenges, especially when it comes to optimizing logistics processes.”
