  • A new global sales and marketing organization is being deployed to increase efficiency, harmonize practices, and strengthen collaboration across teams.

Grenoble, October 1, 2025 – Reflex, Hardis Group’s software division dedicated to the Supply Chain, announces a new global sales and marketing organization designed to support its international growth ambitions, particularly in Europe and North America. This reorganization aims to strengthen team cohesion and operational efficiency, while delivering greater value and proximity to its customers.

Alex Buckley is appointed Chief Revenue Officer

The arrival of Alex Buckley as Chief Revenue Officer marks a major milestone in Reflex’s international expansion strategy. Based in the UK and bringing extensive experience in global business development, Alex will oversee all sales and marketing teams. His mission is to consolidate relationships with existing clients, develop new strategic partnerships, and accelerate growth in priority markets, particularly the US and the UK.

Before joining Hardis Group, Alex was Managing Director EMEA and APAC at DispatchTrack, a leading last-mile delivery software provider, where he successfully expanded the company’s footprint across international markets. He previously held senior leadership roles at Highstreet Mobile and Datorama in the UK and served as EMEA Sales Director at NetSuite

A new global sales and marketing organization

In parallel, a new sales and marketing organization has been put in place. Its objective is to optimize operational efficiency, standardize practices, and strengthen synergies between sales, marketing, and pre-sales teams at an international scale.

The new organization introduces dedicated departments, each led by experienced leaders:

  • Solutions & Alliances: led by Pauline Poissonnier, this team is responsible for building strategic partnerships (technology providers, integrators and resellers), designing integrated solution offerings, and reinforcing the company’s value proposition with global go-to-market strategies. It also plays a key role in sales and marketing enablement.
  • Sales Europe: Jérôme Pedreno is appointed Head of Sales Europe. His role is to drive commercial development and harmonize sales practices across European markets, while adapting to local specificities.
  • Pre-sales: led by Florian Sauvage and Jaap Roorda. Their mission is to evolve pre-sales practices by combining a global approach with adaptation to the requirements of each market.
  • Account Management: led by Fabien Guerrero, Head of Accounts, this team ensures customer satisfaction and loyalty by strengthening ongoing relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring proximity across all regions.

Cécile Arnaud remains in charge of the Marketing department as Chief Marketing Officer. Her primary mission is to support the company’s business objectives by strengthening brand awareness and generating business opportunities on an international scale.

“This reorganization reflects Hardis Group’s ambition to deliver greater value to its customers and to position itself as a global reference in cloud software for supply chain performance.”, concludes Florent Boizard, Director of the Supply Chain Division at Hardis Group.
